Space World understands how important privacy is for its members. That's why we wrote this Privacy Policy to explain you what informations we collect through the website (space-world.vercel.app) and through Discord (.gg/). If you have any questions, you can contact us here.
Discord server
Your discord account public informations such as your username, your tag and your profile picture will be collected when you have a sanction. It will be used to recognize you in case you want to submit any appeal concerning your account. Those informations will also be stored if you submit any form related to Space World and made by the Space World's administrators. If anyone send you a link to a fake form and pretends to be a Space World administrator, please contact us immediately!
When you fill a form, you have the choice to give or not your email address. This information will be used in order to initiate a closer conversation between you and the Space World's staff, and will immediately be forgotten once the conversation is ended by an administrator or by you.
Your age will be asked when you apply for a new staff job. It won't be stored anywhere else than Discord.
Website
No data will be stored by Space World through its website. Neither your password, nor your IP adress, nor any other information quoted above.
Space World's website is hosted by Vercel, that is not concerned by our Privacy Policy. Please read Vercel's privacy policy for more information.
